About Me
My name is Stan and my wife is typing this for me. I was injured at work 2/9/06. I was working with a magnetic drill and my left arm got caught up in it. Long story short I have RSD/CRPS in my left arm and completely believe it has affected my whole body. I can barely walk now and my speech is slurred as well as I get no rest because I am always in pain. My head and my body hurts and I always feel on fire. I have had nerve blocks, pain pump and the most recent is a spinal stimulator which helps some but does not make the pain go away. This has affected my life as well as my wife's. It has took away so much from us. WC does not want to recognize all of the other problems that have come about since my left arm crush injury. This RSD/CRPS is hard to live with everyday and I wish there was a cure so I could have my life back. Post a CommentOops! The words you entered did not match the given text. Hi Stan, hope all is going okay for you. Pain with recent weather has plowed me down, but my wife and two dogs keep me going. RSD got my left hand, and is now going for the right. I am using it way too much. I still work since my employer decided not to allow me to be off during workers comp. Then the lawyer I hired to protect me, sold me out. Wonderful!
But with RSD in my neck and migraines every day, it's challenging. Glad to see you on the site. |
